INFINIVAN.CLOUD
Security, reliability and recovery
Confidence comes from knowing how a service is operated, what you control and how you recover. Use these checks when planning a production workload with us.
Define the availability commitment
Ask for the SLA attached to your order, including covered resources, maintenance exclusions, the measurement period and the credit-claim process. Infrastructure availability and application availability are different responsibilities.
Read 3HCloud’s platform SLA ↗This is the platform provider’s agreement. Your Infinivan.cloud order determines the terms applicable to your service.
Make recovery a routine
Choose backup frequency and retention around the data you can afford to lose. Schedule restore exercises and document the order in which applications should return. A backup is useful only when your team can restore it.
Review backup and restore procedures ↗Control access deliberately
Use individual accounts and SSH keys, review who can administer the project, and restrict public ports. Firewall rules need configuration; the existence of a firewall does not mean every workload is already locked down.
Review the platform’s firewall model ↗Plan support and escalation
Contact our local team for deployment planning. For incidents, include the resource ID, affected region, time of impact and symptoms in the platform support ticket. Agree ownership of guest OS and application support before launch.
Platform support guide ↗Prepare for production with evidence
Confirm the region for each resource, test latency from your own office and users, and request any facility certification or compliance evidence your organization requires. Discuss data location, backup location and recovery objectives together.
